Marilyn Cage bio

Marilyn Cage’s clients benefit from her extensive experience in probate, trust administration and property disputes, and her compassionate focus on assisting family members with the estate of their loved one while they work through their emotional loss.

In her law practice, which emphasizes probate, trust administration, guardianship and conservatorship, Marilyn Cage represents personal representatives, successor trustees and other fiduciaries; estate creditors; and heirs/beneficiaries.

Her clients also benefit from her legal background in corporate law, insurance litigation, employment law, and professional malpractice.

A Phoenix native, Marilyn earned her law degree at Arizona State University, where she was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar and a finalist in the ASU-PADC closing argument competition.

She received her undergraduate degrees from ASU, in vocal performance and choral education. Before pursuing her legal career, Marilyn taught elementary school music in the Tempe elementary schools.
