Marsha Goodman’s elder law practice includes:

Her staff includes human services professionals who work with Marsha and clients’ families to combine asset protection, public benefits qualification, insurance assistance, nursing home advocacy and crisis intervention into a comprehensive Life Care Plan.

Marsha’s representation of military veterans who seek assistance with pension benefits, and with disability compensation for conditions that present themselves as they get older, is enhanced by her accreditation by the Veterans Administration, which she received in 2010. Marsha frequently volunteers at legal clinics sponsored by the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). A native of Washingtonville, New York, Marsha graduated summa cum laude from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, and earned her law degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Law in Nashville. She began her legal career in Grand Rapids, Michigan, before relocating to Phoenix.
