Lisa joined Frazer, Ryan, Goldberg, and Arnold, LLP in 2012 as an associate attorney in the estate planning and tax controversy practice areas. Prior to joining the Firm she practiced in the area of estate planning and tax controversy at another local firm. Her recent experience includes drafting revocable living trusts, asset protection trusts and estate planning documents; formation and maintenance of family owned entities and closely-held business entities; formation and maintenance of nonprofit corporations and advisement on gift and estate tax issues.
While at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Lisa was involved in the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project in which she taught constitutional law to students involved in the law magnet program in the Phoenix school district.
