Mike is a partner of the firm. He joined Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold LLP as an associate in 1999. He consults on and drafts wills, trusts and other related estate planning documents, as well as representing estate and trust administrators in probate and trust administration matters. He also represents clients in federal, state, and local tax controversy, collection, appeals, and other related taxing authority functions, as well as tax planning and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in tax practices in both Arizona and Illinois and was a revenue agent with the Internal Revenue Service.

Mike is an avid runner and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with his wife, Diane, and their children Kalee and Kevin.
