Josh Moya bio

Senior partner Josh Moya's practice focuses on estate and probate administration and contested guardianships and conservatorships.

Josh is a Best Lawyers® honoree and a five-time Super Lawyers Rising Stars selectee in Estate & Trust Litigation. The latter recognition is reserved for younger lawyers (under age 40 or fewer than 10 years of experience), and selection is limited to just 2.5% of eligible Arizona attorneys. He is also a 2014 selectee by Arizona’s Finest Lawyers.

Josh joined Frazer Ryan as an associate in 2007 and became a partner in 2012 and a senor partner in 2018. Prior to joining our firm, he practiced in the area of general civil litigation for six years and has litigated a wide variety of commercial, employment, domestic relations and personal injury cases.

His practice focuses on estate and probate administration and contested guardianships and conservatorships. Josh is a volunteer in the Probate Lawyers Assistance Project, a program of the Maricopa County Bar Association.

Before entering law school at the University of Arizona, Josh earned his undergraduate degree at Princeton University, where he served as president of the Princeton Debate Panel and vice president of the American Parliamentary Debate Association.

In his spare time, Josh enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and their two children.
