Jimmy's value in guiding his clients to successful outcomes is supported by his broad experience in a broad range of civil litigation cases encompassing bet-the-company commercial litigation, professional regulatory action, catastrophic personal injury, and high-profile litigation in the public interest.
His professional background also includes advising several public safety unions in their collective bargaining negotiations, including having led the bargaining team that negotiated the first collective bargaining agreement between an Arizona county and its sheriff’s office.
Jimmy also serves as a neutral mediator in helping to resolve tort litigation and business disputes.
An Arizona native, he earned his bachelor’s degree (2007) at the University of Arizona and his law degree (2010) at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
