Over the past six years, our property tax attorneys have reduced clients' Arizona and Nevada property tax values by over $2 billion. We also represent owners of California real estate in property tax planning and controversies.

Our knowledgeable property tax lawyers offer years of experience in providing exceptional service to clients in all aspects of property taxation.

Our services begin with strategic tax planning and extend to representation at various levels of administrative and judicial appeal. We have had successful representations before many state and local authorities, including the Arizona State Board of Tax Appeals, municipal tax hearing offices, Arizona State Board of Equalization, Nevada State Board of Equalization, Arizona Tax Court, Nevada District Court, Arizona Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court and Nevada Supreme Court.

In addition, our California-licensed attorneys also serve as co-counsel to attorneys with respect to California-specific matters, including California “Proposition 13” real property tax.
