Prior to joining Frazer Ryan in 1999, Mike Harsch was a revenue agent with the Internal Revenue Service and worked in tax practices in Arizona and Illinois.

Mike is a partner in the firm and assists clients in the drafting of wills, trusts and other related estate planning documents. He also advises clients in tax planning, real estate and business transactions and represents estates and trusts in probate and trust administration matters.

A member of Frazer Ryan's tax controversy practice group, Mike represents businesses and individual taxpayers in federal, state and local tax controversies and in collection, appeals and other related taxing authority functions.
