Immediate Opening: LITIGATION LEGAL ASSISTANT
Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold, LLP, a leading Phoenix-based law firm that is consistently voted as one of BestCompaniesAZ’s “Top Companies to Work for in Arizona,” is seeking a full-time experienced Litigation Legal Assistant.
The person chosen for this position will be responsible for assisting a Trust and Probate Litigation Equity Partner and a Probate and Trust Litigation, Financial Exploitation, Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, and General Business Law Partner. Litigation experience is required.
The successful candidate must have impeccable attention to detail, strong administrative and communication skills, the ability to exercise initiative with good judgment, manage multiple priorities, work in a team-oriented environment, and contribute to the team effort by assisting with other tasks and projects, as needed. A high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, docketing, and document management systems is strongly preferred.

Ten years of Guardianship/Conservatorship, probate litigation and administration and probate and trust administration experience required.
The person chosen for this position will be responsible for assisting attorneys with an extensive, and very busy guardianship/conservatorship and estate and trust litigation practice. The successful candidate must have impeccable attention to detail, strong administrative and communication skills, the ability to exercise initiative with good judgment, manage multiple priorities, work in a team-oriented environment, and contribute to the team effort by assisting with other tasks and projects, as needed. A high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, docketing, and document management systems is strongly preferred. Corporate entity formation experience and familiarity with personal and fiduciary taxes is a plus.
