Alyssa focuses on helping families in the preparation of revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and living wills, and in the formation of business entities and charitable foundations. She also advises clients with respect to their retirement benefits, including how to maximize income tax deferral. Finally, Alyssa prepares and files probate documents and assists clients with trust administration.
