    Overview

    Kate Sieger is a Certified Paralegal with more than 25 years of experience, which includes more than 13 years of paralegal law firm experience, working in business and real estate matters, advanced estate planning, trust administration and probate. Prior to obtaining her Paralegal Certificate in 2009, she worked in the 1031 exchange industry for more than 14 years as an exchange coordinator with a national qualified intermediary company.

    Kate, who joined Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold, LLP, in 2017, supports all of the Firm’s attorneys in corporate matters, including the formation of limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships, and the management of all corporate maintenance activities, such as annual reports and annual meeting minutes. In addition to corporate matters, she also assists the firm’s attorneys with drafting estate plan documents for high net worth clients and handles all aspects of trust funding, in addition to managing all aspects of trust administration and probate of a decedent’s estate from beginning to end.
