Financial Fraud Disputes and Litigation

Frazer Ryan represents victims of financial fraud. Jon A. Titus represents clients in such matters including the following:

• Disputes with financial professionals such as financial planners, investment advisors, FINRA broker-dealers and salesmen involving violation of FINRA rules, negligence, fraud, misrepresentation, ponzi schemes, breach of fiduciary duty, and other claims.
• Representation of victims of multilevel marketing or pyramid schemes.
• Arbitration and litigation in federal court, Arizona state court, FINRA arbitration, AAA arbitration, and other industry forums.
• Representation of employers who have become the victims of occupational fraud such as employee theft and embezzlement.
• Assisting clients in developing policies and procedures to guard against occupational fraud.

Jon also represents financial industry members accused of wrongdoing by regulatory agencies including the Securities Exchange Commission, Arizona Securities Division, Arizona Department of Insurance, FINRA and the CFTC.
