Before entering private legal practice, she was a licensed fiduciary for nearly two decades. Lisa’s work involved direct oversight of financial, legal, and medical decisions for protected individuals, providing her with invaluable insights into the practical challenges fiduciaries face. This experience gives Lisa a distinct advantage in advising clients, litigating fiduciary matters, and guiding families and professionals through intricate estate and trust issues.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School, where she was recognized with multiple CALI Awards and named to the Dean’s List. Lisa also holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University and was a licensed fiduciary with the Arizona Supreme Court from 2004 to 2022. In 2011, she achieved the National Master Guardian designation from the Center for Guardianship Certification.
In addition to her legal and fiduciary work, she has a strong history of public service and professional leadership. Lisa has served on numerous Arizona Supreme Court committees and task forces, including the Task Force on Arizona Rules of Probate Procedure, the Fiduciary Licensing Program Regulatory Sub-Committee, and the Probate Time Standards Workgroup. She was also a past President of the Arizona Fiduciaries Association, where she served in multiple board roles, and was a board member of the National Guardianship Association.
Community service remains central to her professional identity. She has held leadership roles on nonprofit boards including the Hospice of Yuma and Casa Sierra Vista. Lisa frequently speaks on issues related to guardianship, elder law, and fiduciary practice at state and national conferences.
Lisa’s goal is to provide compassionate, strategic, and results-driven representation to clients, navigating some of life’s most sensitive legal challenges.
