We are very pleased to announce the election of David Cohen as a senior partner in the firm.

A key member of our business, tax, and mergers and acquisitions practice groups, David is admitted to practice in Arizona, California, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. For clients with real estate and other business interests in California, David offers valuable knowledge and insight concerning California real estate, business and tax matters.

David joined Frazer Ryan in 2016 after relocating his law practice from San Diego to Phoenix. An Arizona native, David was born in Tucson and is a University of Arizona alumnus. He earned his law degree at the University of San Diego.

He is the proud father of two daughters, both of whom now live and work on the East Coast. In his spare time, David enjoys playing golf and watching Arizona Wildcat sporting events with his old college friends.
