Immediate Openings: TRUST, ESTATE & TAX ATTORNEY

We have immediate openings for a Trust, Estate & Tax attorney to join our growing practice. This position may be based in either our Phoenix or Tucson office. Candidates must have at least eight (8) years of experience in estate planning and trust administration, including significant experience preparing and filing Form 706 Estate Tax and 709 Gift Tax returns. CPA and/or LLM strongly preferred.  Strong drafting skills in wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents are required. Experience with business succession planning for high-net-worth clients is preferred.

Litigation experience is required. A high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, docketing, and document management systems is strongly preferred. Salary is based on experience.
