    Ida Araya successfully settled tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and the Arizona Department of Revenue and has successfully helped her clients abate millions of dollars in penalties.

    Ida joined Frazer, Ryan, Goldberg & Arnold, LLP in 2022. Her primary practice is tax controversy, where she helps clients resolve a multitude of issues deriving from corporate taxes, individual income taxes, unemployment taxes, and sales and use taxes.

    Ida gained extensive knowledge with respect to transaction privilege and use tax while employed at the Arizona Department of Revenue, where she helped hundreds of taxpayers determine whether their business activities were taxable. She also helped taxpayers determine their business classifications and whether they were entitled to any deductions or exemptions.
