    Overview

Colleen Rundall joined Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold LLP as an Associate Attorney in 2026. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2025 and received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with an emphasis on Morality, Politics & Law from Arizona State University.

Colleen concentrates her practice in the areas of property taxation, state and local tax litigation, and real estate law. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, she served as a law clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals, where she drafted appellate decisions and analyzed a broad range of legal issues, including statutory interpretation, civil procedure, and constitutional law. Her experience also includes judicial and litigation work in both the public and private sectors, where she developed a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and advocacy while working on matters ranging from appellate litigation to land use and historic preservation.

Before attending law school, Colleen worked as a Legal Assistant at Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold, where she supported attorneys in complex trial and appellate matters. Returning to the firm as an attorney, she brings a practical understanding of the firm’s clients and practice areas, along with a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to client representation. Colleen is committed to delivering responsive, strategic counsel tailored to each client’s unique needs.
