Estate planning attorney Roger M. Stahl has joined Frazer Ryan, bringing to our firm over 30 years of private practice experience in Rochester, Minnesota.

In addition to meeting his clients’ needs in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, Roger provides an extensive background in real estate transactions – including purchase and sale agreements and lease agreements – and in serving business owners as a trusted legal advisor in business entity formation, succession planning, and business purchases and sales.

He is also certified in civil mediation by the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Roger earned his law degree in 1991 at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul after receiving his bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and Theology from Bethel College.

Roger and his wife enjoy all that outdoor Arizona has to offer, especially hiking and mountain biking.
